WTPUG & WTPU
Throughport burners designed for multiple burners per port, the WTPU for Oil and WTPUG for gas produce a conical flame, are water cooled, and paired with a retraction gear mechanism.
The PrimeFire 400 is an oxygen-fuel nozzle mixing burner with a flat flame geometry. The flat shape of the flame increases the range of the flame over the load, ensures even heat distribution and thus improved product quality and a longer service life for the refractory materials.
The advanced design includes a pre-burner tube at the rear of the burner that mixes some of the combustion oxygen with the fuel stream. This leads to gas splitting, in which free carbon particles are released, which increase the luminosity and increase the heat radiation above the glass load. The furnace output is increased overall and the maximum flame temperatures are reduced - as is the formation of NOx.
