Direct Fired Burner Simple lance design.

The Eclipse ExtensoHeat Lance Burner offers the best solution available for continuous kiln heating furnaces for bricks, roof tiles and rough ceramic products. It is ideal for continuous kilns with roof top installations and furnace zones with operating temperatures above 1382ºF (750ºC). The burner lance extends through thick furnace walls to deliver the flame to the furnace load. ExtensoHeat is a nozzle mixing burner that can fire natural gas, propane, butane and other types of fuel gas. Features & Benefits: • Capacity to 500,000 BTU/hr (146 kW) referring to G.H.V. • Flame lengths from 700mm to 1000mm. • Adjustable air and gas valves for precise control. • Up to 60% excess gas operation. • Flame view port located on the burner support. • Meets CEE, NFPA, GOST and EN rules. • High velocity injection provides better temperature uniformity. • Durable construction. • Control options include on/off, modulating and pulse firing. • Quiet operation. • Low maintenance and minimum spare parts. • Competitively priced for short payback.
